Research compounds are supplied for laboratory use by qualified personnel. By purchasing, you acknowledge that their properties may not be fully characterised and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their purchase, receipt, possession, storage, handling, use, and disposal, including any misuse by you or by anyone who obtains them from you.
You agree to handle all products with appropriate professional care, under established laboratory safety protocols, and only by or under the supervision of trained personnel.
07. No Resale or Transfer
Products are sold for your own research use only. You agree not to resell, relabel, repackage, distribute, or otherwise transfer any product to any third party, and not to supply any product to anyone for human or animal use. Any resale or transfer is a breach of these Terms, voids any remedy under them, and may result in cancellation of open orders and closure of your account.

13. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Valhalla Aminos support at support@valhallaaminos.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. Most billing and order concerns can be resolved directly without involving a payment processor or card network.
