Shipping & Returns

Valhalla Aminos ships research-grade compounds to customers in the United States and select international destinations. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify that the importation and possession of any ordered compound is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.

Shipping options and delivery estimates may vary based on location, selected carrier, and service availability. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.

Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received before the daily cutoff time may be processed the same business day when possible. Orders received after the cutoff time may be processed the next business day. During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Valhalla Aminos is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, or circumstances outside our control.

Available shipping methods and carriers are presented at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Valhalla Aminos does not guarantee delivery by any specific date.

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country's customs authority. Valhalla Aminos is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs.

Products are generally supplied in lyophilized form when applicable. Lyophilized materials are typically more stable during normal transit conditions than products in solution. Optional insulated or temperature-moderating packaging may be offered when available.

Customers in regions with extreme temperatures are encouraged to select expedited shipping and consider optional cold-pack packaging where available. Valhalla Aminos is not responsible for product degradation resulting from transit conditions beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Valhalla Aminos is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact the customer. Re-shipment may be subject to an additional shipping fee. Packages that cannot be re-shipped may not be eligible for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic documentation of the damage or packaging. We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Due to the nature of research-grade chemical compounds and the importance of maintaining chain of custody documentation, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

Unopened products may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery. To request a return authorization, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship any product back without prior written authorization.

Refunds are not available for orders that have been shipped. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Approved returns, if authorized, will be refunded to the original payment method minus any applicable restocking or return shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
